Evaluation.
The Center for Psychological Wellness provides evaluation and assessment services to help individuals, families, schools, and other health care providers understand the factors contributing to an individual’s struggles at home, work, and/or school. An evaluation may be recommended at the time of your initial office visit and aims to inform the best treatment planning options.
